Empowering others to lead boldly, avoid burnout, and achieve true impact.

Welcome! Iโ€™m Meg Simon, an educational leader and principal dedicated to helping others lead with courage, clarity, and a whole lot of heart.

Great culture isn't a strategy;

it's a commitment to the people right in front of you.

My approach to leadership is shaped by a unique blend of daily chaos and discipline. Iโ€™m a former Division I athlete, a mother raising two wild young boys, and a high school principal. Leading through the daily unpredictability of education has taught me one undeniable truth: that the best leadership is unapologetically authentic.

True leadership can be incredibly demanding, but you don't have to navigate the trenches alone. Drawing from the principles of cultivating positive school communities, I love partnering with fellow leaders to build spaces rooted in trust and connection.

I firmly believe that sustainable excellence happens when we put relationships first and champion our people. Iโ€™m so glad youโ€™re here. Letโ€™s connect, swap some war stories, and build community together.

โ€” Meg
